Noel Kierans, Founder and CEO

Noel is the founder and CEO of Celtic Testing Experts and has successfully managed testing efforts on hundreds of projects. He has implemented new QA practices where none existed before and has extensive experience helping clients enhance and improve existing QA processes and procedures.

Before starting CTE, Noel worked as a Principle Consultant for over 10 years for a leading consulting firm. Prior to his career in IT, Noel’s soccer career in Ireland led him to receive a scholarship to Georgia Southern University, where he earned a BS in Business Administration and Information Systems.

Kelly Kierans, President and COO

Kelly’s previous experience spans over the last 12 years. Mrs. Kierans has gained many recognitions during her previous employment, including: Million dollar club award 1997-2001; District of the year 1998-2001; Grew business by 200% in 2004; Awarded Account Manager of the Year since 2006.

Before becoming CTE’s President and COO, Kelly held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing. Mrs. Kierans played soccer at Radford University and gained a bachelors degree from Radford University.

Hank Rainwater, CTO

Hank has built his programming, management, and communication skills from successful work in diverse and demanding business environments for over three decades. He has served as a Research Scientist at the Georgia Institute of Technology and at the executive IT level with several global corporations.

Hank is the author of the popular book on IT management entitled Herding Cats: A Primer for Programmers Who Lead Programmers published by Apress. Hank’s educational background includes a BS in Physics from Georgia Tech and a Master in Theology from Mid-America Seminary.
